Stonebridge Mills, Leeds

We are delighted to have secured the above development working alongside Caddick Construction.

The project comprises the design and construction of 82 new contemporary-designed houses and the conversion of the existing mill building and cottages into 30 houses.

The developers Rushbond Plc who are restoring the Mill which dates back to 1805 and supported the Leeds textile industry.  Stonebridge Mills is steeped in history, and will now offer a wonderful opportunity to provide much needed new family homes with new public parkland and nature areas created.

Works commenced May 2021 and will be completed next year.

The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has today released its annual figures for work-related fatal injuries for 2017/18, as well as the number of people known to have died from the asbestos-related cancer, mesothelioma, in 2016.
