Trio of Schools – Kirklees Council

We are pleased to have been awarded the electrical installations works at three schools for Kirklees Council over the August School Holidays.

Working at High Bank Junior, Infants and Nursery School in Liversedge, Berry Brow Infant and Nursery School in Huddersfield and Shaw Cross Infant & Nursery School, Dewsbury.

We will be carrying out various electrical installation woks including – LV distribution, containment, internal, external & emergency lighting, lighting controls, small power, data installation, fire alarm, security systems, earthing & bonding, suspended ceilings, roof-light linings & blinds & fire stopping

Work will commence in July to be completed in time for the children’s return to school in September.

 

Helme Church of England Academy, Meltham, Holmfirth, Huddersfield

We are pleased to have been awarded by AHR Building Consultancy Ltd the heating replacement works.

Our works will include – suspended ceilings, boxing in pipework, isolation, strip out & disposal, building protection & access equipment, gas meter relocation, school and boiler house plant installation, hot & cold water installation, thermal insulation, flue installation, BEMS auto controls, kitchen ventilation, low pressure hot water distribution, chlorination of domestic water services and chemical dosing of the heating system.

Work to commence in July and to be completed by September 2018.

The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has today released its annual figures for work-related fatal injuries for 2017/18, as well as the number of people known to have died from the asbestos-related cancer, mesothelioma, in 2016.
