We are pleased to have completed our mechanical and electrical refurbishment works for Esh Build.

Aldine House is a modern, purpose built secure children’s home for young people (girls and boys) aged between 10 and 17. It is situated on the outskirts of the City of Sheffield, close to the Derbyshire Peak District.

The Centre opened in February 1997 and aims to provide a safe, caring yet controlled environment in which young people are enabled to address personal difficulties and so move on to make positive contributions to their family and communities.

Our electrical and mechanical works included – strip out, LV distribution, lighting, emergency lighting, power, CCTV, data installation, fire alarm, earthing, lightning protection, controls, sanitaryware, BMS, hot & cold water, insulation of hot & cold water pipes, low temperature hot water, insulation, ventilation, insulation of vent and above ground drainage

We started our refurbishment works in May 2017 and completed May 2018.
