SCARBOROUGH INDOOR MARKET

We are delighted to have worked with Esh Build to successfully complete the mechanical and electrical installation works at Scarborough Indoor Market.

The works consisted of fully refurbishing the main trading area to enable it to realise it’s full economic potential including services to each market stall, increase the number of stalls on the main trading floor, refurbished and realigned selected existing shop units to create additional premises, created a mezzanine floor running along three elevations inclusive of new business start-up units and an exciting food court.

We have undertaken a whole host of works on site and there are too many to mention but we have completed all the electrical and lighting including isolating and removing of existing services, switchgear & distribution, containment, heating System, fire alarms & landlords Surge Protection, intruder Alarm, CCTV and floor ducting systems.

Our mechanical work on site involved removal of existing services, domestic water and internal gas Services, ventilation system, and ground soil & waste drainage

The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has today released its annual figures for work-related fatal injuries for 2017/18, as well as the number of people known to have died from the asbestos-related cancer, mesothelioma, in 2016.
