Tricon Services continue their strong relationship with Bermar Building, securing the M & E installation works at Osman House.

The scope of the works is the demolition of No. 50 Station Road and the design and erection of a new two storey, plus attic extension of the Brain Injury Rehabilitation Unit currently on site at No. 48. The extension comprises 8 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms together with ancillary facilities complete with all external and ancillary works. The unit will be constructed in accordance with the registration standards of the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI).

Our works will include – LV Distribution, Power, Lighting including Emergency & External, Extract System, Access Control System, Door Holders & Free Swing Closers, Data Communication, Lightning Protection, TV Installation, Lift Power Supply, Nurse Call Installation, Telephone Installation including Data, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Testing and Commissioning, Sanitary-ware, Hot & Cold Supplies, Soil & Waste Pipes, Central Heating, Insulation and Ventilation Installation.

We started on site October 2016.
