Scarborough Indoor Market

We have been appointed by Esh Build to carry out the electrical and mechanical installation works at Scarborough Indoor Market.

The works consist to fully refurbish the main trading area to enable it to realise it’s full economic potential including services to each stall, increase the number of stalls on the main trading floor, refurbish and realignment of selected existing shop units to create additional demises, create a mezzanine floor running along three elevations inclusive of new business start-up units and a food court providing accommodation for new enterprises and additional jobs.

Our electrical and mechanical works will include – isolate and removal of existing services, switchgear & distribution, containment, small power, lighting including emergency & external, electric heating system, fire alarm & disabled refuge alarm, hand dryers, disabled call systems, lift power supply, landlords surge protection, intruder alarm, CCTV, telephone/data, floor ducting containment systems, earthing & bonding, sanitaryware, domestic water services, internal gas services, ventilation, and above ground soil & waste drainage.

We start work on site June 2016 with a completion date of December 2016.
