We are pleased to have been awarded by Main Contractor Esh Build, the new Kirkstall Road Transfer Station & Household Waste Sorting Site in Leeds, this will be a modern, purpose-built recycling area for residents of Leeds to recycle a wide range of materials and dispose of household waste.
The recycling area will also incorporate an on-site re-use shop, so instead of throwing re-usable items into the skips, they can be given to the shop where they can be sold and enjoyed by someone else, while raising funds for the organisation concerned. The shop is expected to be run by a ‘not for profit’ local community organisation and profits raised will be used to support their work.
The electrical work will include – site mains LV distribution, external lighting, deaf aid loop installation, data, lightning protection, solar PV installation, vehicle movement management and fire alarm.

Work has started on site and we are to commence our works in February to be completed November 2016.
Our Controlling Manager, Martin Firth, took part in the ‘Tough Mudder 2015’ challenge at Malpas, helping to raise money for Help for Heroes.
He completed the 10-12 mile (18-20 km) obstacle course, in a respectable 3 hours 20 minutes.
Martin says “I wanted to do something for the hundreds of service men and women that do so very much for the rest of us to keep our privileged lifestyle’s and often sacrifice much more than we should ever ask of someone else. No doubt I will suffer some mild pain in the process but this will be irrelevant to those who have suffered life changing injuries protecting others unselfishly, they should not then have to spend the rest of their lives in further discomfort and strife”
Martin raised an amazing £685.00 which Tricon matched !
And Martin is now recruiting for Team Tricon 2016
