Tricon Services continue the strong relationship with Rotary Building Services by securing the Electrical Installation work scope for the new processing plant for Dairycrest Creamery in Cornwall.

The project consists of an internal, newly formed ‘white box’ inside the existing facility that houses the new process equipment, this is known as the DEMIN box.  It processes and demineralises waste cheese by-products which would normally be used as an additive to animal feed to a standard suitable for human consumption and will be used as a basis for baby milk/powder.

The newly formed GOS building extension also has white walls and a white ceiling creating a clean easy to wash surface.

Both the DEMIN and GOS buildings are fed from process lines from a common newly built tank farm.

Our works will include LV distribution, lighting, emergency lighting, external lighting, power supplies to laboratory equipment, mechanical plant and mechanical control panels, fire alarm systems, data & telephone system, earthing & bonding and cable management.
